Last Thursday, we participated in the annual celebration of the Baltic Sea Day organized by the John Nurminen Foundation. Shipyard participated in the Baltic Sea Day by collecting wind-swept and rain-soaked debris from the shipyard area and the shores. In addition, we had reserved a screen for the main gate of the shipyard, which allowed us to show the shipbuilding videos we had filmed over the years, as well as a video presenting the history of the shipyard since 1865. We told the listeners e.g. what technologies and solutions are being installed on ships today to protect the environment. See you again next year on the occasion of Baltic Sea Day!
